A refund returns money to your customer for an order they've already paid for. You can refund the full order or a partial amount. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Issuing a refund
Open the order, choose Refund, and enter the amount. The refund is submitted to the payment provider immediately; the order's payment status updates to Refunded or Partially refunded.
