Custom Products has four plans. Starter is free. Basic, Growth and Pro charge a share of what shoppers pay for personalised items, after discounts and before tax, up to a monthly cap. Growth and Pro also have a monthly price. Everything is billed on your monthly Tringify invoice; nothing is charged when you install the app.
The plans
Starter: free. 25 personalised items a month and up to 2 templates. Order files are kept for up to 30 days.
Basic: 2% of personalised sales, capped at ₹999 a month. Unlimited items and templates. Order files are kept for up to 30 days.
Growth: ₹999 a month plus 1% of personalised sales, capped at ₹2,499 a month. Adds API keys for production files and keeps order files for up to 90 days.
Pro: ₹2,499 a month plus 0.5% of personalised sales, capped at ₹4,999 a month. API keys, and order files kept for up to 365 days.
Use the App Store’s currency selector to choose how prices are displayed. Your store’s plan page shows its price and cap in the store’s billing currency.
Changing your plan
Open Apps, choose Custom Products, then Plan and usage. Choose a plan and confirm with Switch plan. A plan that costs more starts at once, and the rest of the billing month is prorated. A plan that costs less starts when the next billing month begins; until then, Keep lets you stay on your current plan.
Only the store owner can change the plan.
Usage charges
An order is charged once it is paid. Refunds, edits, and cancellations can reduce the usage charge. Billing shows the adjustment; credit reduces an unpaid invoice’s balance or remains available for later invoices. Shipping, duties, cash-on-delivery charges, and other products are not counted, and test orders are never charged.
Plan and usage shows this month's usage against the cap and each charge with its order. Once the cap is reached, nothing more is charged that month. Custom Products can ask you to raise the cap; nothing changes until you approve.
Starter limits
On Starter, once 25 personalised items have been ordered in a calendar month, shoppers can't start a new design until the next month or until you change plans. Designs already started can still be ordered.
On your invoice
Custom Products has one usage line per month, for example Custom Products — usage, October 2026. Growth and Pro also bill their monthly price. For stores billed in India, GST is added like any other line.
Uninstalling Custom Products stops new charges. Usage counted before you uninstall is still billed.
