Open Reviews in Store Admin or the Tringify app to see your store's product reviews. Search review titles and text, filter by status or star rating, and choose a sort order to find the reviews you want to work on.
Choose what appears on your storefront
Approve a review to publish it on your storefront. Hide a review to take it off your storefront while keeping it in Reviews. Reject a review to keep it from being published. Moderation notes are visible to your team, not to shoppers.
Respond to a review
Open an approved review and choose Respond. A response can be up to 2,000 characters and appears publicly under the review. Store responses are on by default; you can turn them off under Reviews > Settings > Display. You can edit or remove a response at any time, including on a hidden review or while responses are off. Response changes are recorded in the store audit log.
Work with several reviews
Select up to 500 reviews to approve, reject, hide, or delete them together. You can leave the page while the action runs; reopen Reviews to see its result. The notification reports what changed and lists any selected reviews that were no longer available. If the action itself fails, nothing is changed.
Import and export
Use Import and export reviews when moving historical reviews or downloading a copy of your review data.
