Open Settings > Compliance and choose Consent Banner.
Enable the banner after both required policies are ready.
Choose All visitors or Selected countries.
For selected countries, choose at least one country. Search by name or country code, or use the region buttons to add a group.
Review the selection and choose Save Changes.
The region buttons add the listed countries. EU, EEA, and EEA + UK are geographical selections; choose the countries appropriate to your visitors. Add all shown adds the countries matching your search. Clear all removes the current selection.
Turning the banner off keeps its country configuration available for later use. When you turn it on again, a selected-country configuration needs at least one country. Choosing All visitors saves no separate country selection.
If someone changes the settings while you are editing, reload the current settings, review your choices, and save again. Your earlier draft cannot overwrite the newer settings.
If the settings cannot be loaded, choose Try again. Do not interpret a failed load as the banner being off.
