Set up a custom email domain

Register a verified store domain, publish its DNS records, and verify it for email sending.

Tringify sends store email through Tringify Mail Sender, a Tringify-owned mail delivery service powered by OgBae.

Before connecting a custom email domain, add and verify the exact domain in Settings > Domains. Email settings list active, verified store domains that are not already connected to this store for email.

Register and verify the domain

Connecting a domain also creates a noreply sender address for it. If the exact domain is already configured and verified in Tringify Mail Sender, Tringify securely reuses that configuration without replacing its DNS keys. Otherwise, the domain remains pending until its email DNS records are verified.

A root domain and each subdomain are separate email domains. For example, example.com and test.example.com must each be added and verified before they can be connected.

Copy the verification, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records into your domain provider exactly as shown. DNS changes can take time to propagate.

After the records have propagated, select Verify domain. Once verification succeeds, you can create more sender addresses on that domain.
