Upload a file when you want an image, document, or video available to use across your store. Every upload is checked before it is accepted, so only valid files enter your library.
Supported file types
Your store accepts these formats:
- Images — JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP.
- Documents — PDF.
- Video — MP4.
Tringify checks each file's actual contents, not just its name, so a file renamed to look like an image but containing something else is rejected.
On the web
- In your store admin, open the media library.
- Select upload, then choose one or more files from your device.
- Wait for each file to finish uploading. Images and video get a preview thumbnail automatically.
- The files are now in your library and ready to assign anywhere.
On mobile
- Open the Tringify app and go to the screen where the image is used, for example a brand or product.
- Choose the image field and pick a photo from your device or library.
- Save. The file is uploaded and added to your library at the same time.
