Choose the library and check the file format before uploading. A file becomes available in the library after its upload and checks finish.
Supported formats
Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP. Video: MP4. 3D models: GLB and USDZ. Documents: PDF.
Media and Site assets accept the same formats. Any other format, including CSV, is refused when the upload starts. To import or export data with a CSV, use the Import and Export actions on the page for that data.
The file contents must match the declared format. Changing an extension does not convert a file. File-size limits vary by format, and images also have a pixel-count limit. Follow the limits shown by the upload control.
Every image is fully checked before it is ready. An image that cannot be read completely is rejected.
On the web
Open Media, or open Online Store > Site assets for storefront artwork.
Choose Upload and select the files from your device.
Keep the upload view open until each file finishes. Review the result for every file in the selection.
Open the uploaded file to inspect it, or select it from a compatible field.
In the Tringify app
Open Media or Site assets.
Open the page actions and choose Upload.
Choose the files using your device picker and wait for their results.
Open a file to inspect it or use a compatible field to select it.
After uploading
Uploading saves a file to the chosen library. It does not add the file to every product or publish the record where you intend to use it. When uploading from a form, complete that form's selection and save.
Files in one selection are confirmed one by one as each finishes. A file that fails does not hold back the others.
Uploading the same file again creates another library item. To reuse an existing file, select it from the library. Video and 3D originals can be ready while their preview is being prepared.

Photo metadata
Photos often contain metadata, such as the camera model and the place where the photo was taken. Tringify removes this metadata from images shown to shoppers. The file you uploaded is kept unchanged in your library.
