Manage your plan and billing

Choose a plan, complete or cancel checkout, change your plan, and update billing details for your store.

Your Tringify subscription pays for your store's plan. Open Billing in your store admin to see your plan, invoices, account credit, and payment method. Billing is managed by the store owner. If you are a staff member and the store needs payment, contact the owner.

Choose a plan and billing interval

When your store needs a plan, choose one from Select plan. Compare the features and limits, then select the available monthly or yearly billing interval. Use the price and currency shown for your store; plan availability and prices can differ by billing currency.

Before paying, review the total and billing interval at checkout. A yearly plan can show a monthly equivalent for comparison; the yearly total is the amount for the full year. Review any taxes and adjustments included in the checkout total.

Billing country and currency

Choose your billing country and billing currency carefully when creating the store. The choices offered in the form are the supported options for your store. Billing country and currency are locked afterwards and cannot be changed in the billing portal.

Billing currency is the currency used for your Tringify charges. Your store's base currency and the currencies you offer shoppers are separate settings. Changing your storefront country or selling currencies does not change your billing country or currency.

Business tax details

Enter your business name, billing address, and any required tax registration number at checkout. The form shows the required fields and accepted format. Checkout saves your billing details when you continue. You can update them later in the Billing Portal; they appear on invoices and credit notes.

Checkout shows any tax and the total in your billing currency. Your invoice identifies the applicable tax treatment, including reverse-charge information when it applies.

UAE business billing

For UAE billing, enter your business’s 15-digit VAT TRN with your legal business name and billing address. Check the details and correct any field errors before continuing checkout.

For qualifying UAE business purchases, Tringify does not collect UAE VAT. Your business accounts for 5% VAT under reverse charge, including on subscriptions and taxable service add-ons. Your invoice shows your VAT TRN and explains this treatment. Input tax recovery depends on your business eligibility under UAE VAT rules.

Complete checkout
  1. Select your plan and billing interval, then continue to checkout.

  2. Enter your billing information and the full billing address requested at checkout. You do not need to provide the full address just to create the store.

  3. Check the locked country and currency, review the total, and complete the payment steps.

  4. Return to Tringify. Payment confirmation can take a short time to reach your store; refresh if the store still shows checkout as pending.

Leave or cancel an unpaid checkout

Closing the payment window or returning from checkout without paying can leave the checkout pending. You can continue it later from the store's Complete checkout screen or from Continue checkout in the billing portal.

To abandon that unpaid checkout, open the billing portal and choose Cancel pending checkout. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you can choose a plan again. If the store still shows the previous checkout, refresh the store to load its latest status.

Cancelling an unpaid checkout is different from cancelling an active subscription or a scheduled plan change. If the payment has already been authorized, check the current subscription status before taking another action.

Change or cancel your plan

Open Billing > Subscription and choose Change Plan. Check the new price, billing interval, and when the change takes effect before confirming.

An immediate upgrade shows the prorated charge for the rest of your current billing period at checkout. Your new plan starts when checkout completes. Scheduled downgrades and billing-interval changes take effect on the date shown; you keep your current plan until then.

Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the current period, and nothing more is billed for it after that. Charges you already owe, such as checkout fees and app usage, are still invoiced.

Update billing information

In the billing portal, open Billing information to update your name, email, optional phone number, and address. For a phone number, choose its country in the phone input; it can be different from your locked billing country. Correct any field errors and save your changes.

The address fields depend on your billing country. Enter the required region, city, postal code, and address information shown by the form. Updating your contact details or street address does not unlock the billing country or currency.

Invoices, credit, and autopay

Your plan, paid apps, checkout fees, and app usage are billed together on one invoice each month. To understand each line and pay, read Billing and invoices. To pay invoices from a prepaid balance, read Account credit. To pay automatically each month, read Autopay.
