Your monthly invoice combines the plan renewal, when due, with app subscriptions, checkout fees, and reported usage. Yearly plans are billed in full only when their annual term renews; other charges still appear monthly. Billing shows your billing date and each charge’s service period. If nothing is due, no invoice is issued. Development and transfer stores are not billed.
Open Billing in your store admin. Overview shows the amount due on your latest invoice and This month so far, an estimate of your next invoice built from the charges so far. Invoices lists every invoice with its period, total, amount due, and status. Only the store owner can see invoices, account credit, and the payment method.
What each line means
Plan: your Tringify plan for the coming month, billed in advance. A yearly plan is billed in full on the invoice for the month its year starts.
Apps: paid app subscriptions for the coming month, billed in advance. Nothing is paid when you install a paid app; the charge appears on your next invoice.
Proration adjusts a charge for part of a billing period. Review the service dates and amount shown for a plan or app change. Reductions to charges already invoiced are recorded as credit notes.
Checkout fees: a fee for each successful order placed through Tringify Checkout during the month. The line shows the number of orders and the fee per order, which depends on your plan. Test orders are never billed. Usage & fees lists the orders behind the charge.
App usage: apps that charge for usage, such as Custom Products, have one line per month for what they reported. See Custom Products plans.
Adjustments: refunds, order edits, or cancellations can change usage for a month that was already invoiced. An increase appears as an adjustment line on a later invoice. A decrease is returned as a credit note.
Credit and tax on the invoice
Promotional credit is applied before tax and appears under each line as Promotional credit applied, so it lowers the taxable value. Credit notes and paid credit are applied after tax, as Credit notes applied and Paid from account credit. Amount due is what is left to pay. See Account credit.
For a store billed in India, 18% GST is added to each line. If your billing address is in the same state as Tringify's GST registration, the invoice shows CGST 9% and SGST 9%. Otherwise it shows IGST 18%. Tax is calculated per line, and the invoice total is the sum of the lines.
If your billing country is outside India, Tringify’s services are an export and no Indian GST is charged. Tringify issues these invoices under a Letter of Undertaking (LUT). The invoice carries an export declaration, which stays in English. Where an INR conversion is shown, it uses the payment information recorded for that invoice.
Download the PDF
Open an invoice and choose Download PDF. The PDF is your tax invoice. Its language follows Invoice language in Billing > Settings; a change applies to invoices issued afterwards. Tax labels such as CGST, SGST, and IGST stay in English as the law requires.
Pay an invoice
Billing applies account credit before requesting payment. If a balance remains and automatic collection is available with an active Card mandate, the invoice shows the scheduled debit date. Otherwise choose Pay now to pay the current balance. If newly added credit covers the invoice, Pay now completes it without opening a payment page. Monthly invoices are due 14 days after issue; check the due date shown.
You can choose Pay now at any time, even when autopay is scheduled. Paying cancels the debits that have not yet been sent to your bank.
Invoice statuses are Paid, Scheduled, Due, Overdue, Processing, and Void. Processing means the invoice is still being issued.
If an invoice is not paid
An invoice becomes overdue after its due date. Paid features are restricted three days later, and the store is suspended if it remains unpaid for 30 days. Billing stays available so the owner can pay. Once the overdue balance is cleared, refresh your store to load its current access.
Older invoices
Fee invoices from before monthly invoices are listed in Invoices as Fees invoice, and you can still pay them with Pay now. Invoices from the billing portal remain available there.
