Manage customer tags

Create, rename, search, and delete customer tags.

Create a tag

In Store Admin or the Tringify mobile app, open Customers and choose Tags.
Select Create tag.
Enter a name and, if needed, a custom slug.
Save the tag.

Rename or delete tags

You can rename a tag without changing its customer assignments. Before deleting a tag, Tringify shows how many customer assignments and customer-group rules will be removed. Confirming the deletion removes those dependencies together.
