Create a tag
In Store Admin or the Tringify mobile app, open Customers and choose Tags.
Select Create tag.
Enter a name and, if needed, a custom slug.
Save the tag.
Rename or delete tags
You can rename a tag without changing its customer assignments. Before deleting a tag that is in use, Tringify shows how many customer assignments and customer-group rules will be removed. Confirming the deletion removes those dependencies together. If those counts change before you confirm, the deletion is rejected; try again to see the current counts.
