Open Settings > Package profiles in Store Admin or the mobile app.
Add a profile and enter its name, dimensions, dimension unit, empty weight, and weight unit.
Save the profile.
Add collection rules to choose which profile to use for eligible products. Arrange the rules in the order you want them considered.
Use consistent measurements for the actual packaging you ship. Available units and the allowed number of profiles and rules appear in the editor.
You can edit a profile, choose a default, and remove profiles or rules you no longer use. Review the deletion message before confirming; a profile used by a collection rule cannot be removed until that rule uses another profile or is removed.
