Access requests
Partner organizations request access to your store from the partner portal. Their requests appear in Access Requests with the permissions they asked for and their message. Requests you don't review expire after 7 days.
When you approve a request, you can reduce the requested permissions but not add to them. Approval gives the organization access to your store, listed in Organization Access, but doesn't add anyone yet. The organization's owner then assigns individual people in the partner portal, and they appear in Collaborators.
Rejecting a request grants no access. You can add a reason, which is emailed to the person who sent the request.
Collaborator permissions
An organization's permissions are a ceiling: each of its collaborators can receive only permissions included in them. If you reduce the organization's permissions, its collaborators lose the permissions you removed.
Remove partner access
Remove individual collaborators in Collaborators. You can revoke an organization's access in Organization Access only once it has no collaborators left.
