Autopay pays each monthly invoice automatically. It is available for stores with India as their billing country and INR as their billing currency. Stores billed in other currencies pay each invoice by link in their billing currency. Open Billing > Payment method to set it up.
Payment methods and limits
Card: save a card for recurring payments. Each debit can be up to ₹15,000.
If the amount due on an invoice is above your limit, that invoice is paid by link instead, with Pay now.
Set up autopay
Open Billing > Payment method and choose Set up autopay.
Choose Card, then choose Continue.
Approve the payment method on the secure Razorpay page.
Return to Tringify. The status changes from Setup in progress to Active once the approval is confirmed.
If you leave before finishing, choose Continue setup. Setup must be finished by the date shown; after that, start again.
How each month works
On your monthly billing date, your invoice is issued and eligible account credit is applied first. If a balance remains within your card limit and automatic debits are enabled, you receive a notice with the amount, payment method, and debit date. Check the scheduled date on the invoice; delayed notifications can move it.
If a debit fails, you receive a fresh notice before another attempt. Check the invoice for the next scheduled date. If automatic collection cannot complete, use Pay now. Paying the invoice stops debits that have not yet been submitted to your bank.
Change or remove autopay
Choose Change to set up a different method. Your current method keeps working until the new one is active.
Choose Remove to stop autopay. Future invoices, and any invoice already scheduled for debit, are then paid by link with Pay now.
If Payment method says automatic debits are paused, invoices are paid by link until debits resume.
