Team members
Team Members shows everyone you have invited to help run your store. Search by email address to find someone, or change the number of people shown on each page.
Open a team member to review the store areas and apps they can access. You can update their access or remove them from the store. Removing someone from the team does not delete their Tringify account.
A pending invitation reserves a team-member place until it is accepted, revoked, or expires. Direct invitations always create team members; partner collaborators use the access-request flow instead.
Pending invitations
Pending Invites shows invitations that are still waiting to be accepted. Search by the recipient's email address, resend an invitation when someone needs a fresh email, or revoke invitations that should no longer grant access.
Resending sends a fresh invitation and extends the acceptance deadline. If an invitation has expired, create a new one for that person.
Who can manage the team
Only the store owner can view or change Team settings. Team invitations become available when the store is live.
Partner access
Partner organizations request access to your store. Approving a request creates organization access and a collaborator; rejecting it does not grant access.
An organization's permission grant is a ceiling: each collaborator from that organization can receive only permissions included in that grant. Reducing the organization grant also limits what its collaborators can keep.
