Invite team members
In Settings > Team, select Invite Team Member.
Enter one or more email addresses. You can invite several people at once.
Choose their permissions and app access. Everyone in the same invite gets the same access.
Send the invite.
An invite expires after 7 days; the Expires column in Pending Invites shows when. To accept, the person signs in with the email address you invited, or sets a password if they don't have a Tringify account yet. They join with the access you chose.
Pending invites
Pending Invites lists invites that haven't been accepted yet. Search by email address, and use an invite's row menu to resend or revoke it.
You can resend an invite that hasn't expired, with at least 2 minutes between sends. Resending emails a new link and gives the person another 7 days; the earlier link stops working. If an invite has expired, invite the person again.
Team members
Team Members lists everyone who works in your store. Search by email address, or change how many people are shown on each page.
Open a team member to change the store areas and apps they can access. To remove someone, use Remove in their row menu. You can also select several team members to update their permissions or remove them together.
Removing a team member ends their access straight away and removes the API tokens they created, their app access, their notification settings, and their app sessions. They're notified, and their Tringify account isn't deleted.
