Shared storage
Media and Site assets share the store's storage allowance. Review Storage in the library before a large upload. Uploads in progress also reserve space, so the displayed usage is not a guarantee that another upload will fit.
Reusing an existing file adds no storage. Uploading another copy uses storage again. Delete unneeded files only after reviewing their uses, or choose a plan with more storage.
Number of files
Each plan limits the number of files as well as their total size. Media and Site assets share one file limit. Each file counts once, whatever its size, and uploads in progress hold their place. Your plan's file limit is shown on the Media page and in plan comparison; when it is reached, delete files you no longer need or choose a plan with a higher limit.
Per-file and selection limits
An upload must fit both the remaining storage allowance and the size limit for its format. Images also have a maximum pixel count. Filename and alt-text limits are separate. The upload selection has its own file-count limit; it is not the same as the deletion limit.
If a file is rejected
Read the upload message for the affected file. For a size or pixel limit, reduce the file size or image dimensions. For an unsupported or mismatched format, export the original into a supported format rather than renaming its extension. A security rejection needs a clean source file.
If an upload is interrupted
Check the upload results and refresh the library before adding the file again. Some files in a selection may have finished while others failed. Upload only those that did not complete.
A video or model with a missing thumbnail may already be fully uploaded. Check Video and 3D previews before creating another copy.
