Create and manage customer groups

Create groups, preview rules, and manage manual members.

Create a group

In Store Admin or the Tringify mobile app, open Customers and choose Groups.
Select Create group.
Enter a name and choose Manual or Automatic.
For an automatic group, add conditions and preview the matching customers.
Save the group.

Manage manual members

Open a manual group to search for customers, add selected customers, or remove existing members. Customers must belong to the same store as the group.

Update automatic rules

Editing an automatic group's conditions replaces its previous rules and recalculates membership. Preview the new conditions before saving when you want to check the expected match count.
