Open Settings > Webhooks in Store Admin or the mobile app.
Create an endpoint, enter a descriptive name and HTTPS destination, and choose the events your integration needs.
Save the endpoint and securely copy its signing secret for your integration.
Send a test and review the delivery log before relying on the connection.
Available events depend on your store and your access. Your team needs webhook editing permission to create or change endpoints.
You can update the destination and event selection, pause or enable an endpoint, and review delivery results. Retry a failed delivery after correcting the destination or integration problem.
Rotate the signing secret
Review the warning before rotating. Replace the secret in the receiving integration immediately after rotation; requests signed with the new secret will fail verification until the integration uses it. Copy the new secret when it is shown and keep it private.
Delete an endpoint
Deletion stops events to that destination and removes its delivery history. Pending deliveries are discarded. Review the warning before confirming; deletion cannot be undone.
