Open Content > Menus to create and edit navigation menus. Save to apply your changes.
In your store admin
In Store Admin, go to Content > Menus.
Select Add menu, give it a name, and optionally a handle.
Open the menu and add items: set each item's title, choose its link type, and pick the target if the type needs one.
Use the item controls to move an item up or down, indent it beneath another item, or move it back one level.
Select Save. All item changes, the name, and the handle are saved together.
Import, update, and export menu items
In Store Admin and the mobile app, Import adds new menu items, Update changes existing items, and Export downloads their current values. These actions work with items inside menus you have already created.
For Import, provide Menu Handle and a unique Item Key for each new row, and leave Item ID empty. For Update, export first and keep the Item ID for each row you change. Rows omitted from an update stay unchanged. Review the preview, then start the job and check its results in Bulk Jobs.
Editing large menus
For larger menus, expand an item to see its children. Use the item search to find a link anywhere in the menu; each result shows its location.
When someone else edits the same menu
If the menu changes after you open it — another person saves it, or deleting linked content updates it — your save is refused so their changes are not overwritten. Reload the menu to see the latest version, then make your changes again.
