Team brings together the people and partner organizations that can work in your store. Only the store owner can change Team settings, and Team access is available only for live stores.
Team members and collaborators
A team member is someone you invite directly by email. A collaborator joins through an approved access request from a partner organization. Collaborators cannot be added through the team-member invitation form.
Permissions control which store areas a person can view or edit. Partner organization access sets the maximum permissions its collaborators may receive. App access can further restrict a team member to selected installed apps.
