Connected tools in your Tringify account brings together the tools you have connected to stores and developer organizations. Choose Connected tools from the Accounts navigation. You can also open Connected tools from the account menu in the Tringify app.
Connect a tool
Start in the tool you want to connect. Tringify shows its name and return address, the account you are signed in with, and the access it requests. Check the address belongs to the tool you intended to use. Choose a store or developer organization, review the permissions, and select Allow access. Use Switch account if the wrong account is signed in.
Each connection belongs to one store or organization. You cannot approve access you do not have. You can leave optional permissions unselected; the tool may need a particular permission to perform its work. Connecting to another store or organization requires a separate approval.
Review connections
My connections shows the tools you authorized across your stores and organizations. Each entry identifies the tool, its store or organization, who approved it, and the approved access. A store owner can choose Store connections to review their team's connections for that store. A developer organization owner can use Organization connections for their organization.
Disconnect a tool
Choose Disconnect beside the connection, then confirm. That connection can no longer make new authorized requests. It does not undo changes already completed or delete data the tool previously received. Other connections to the same tool stay in place.
A connection cannot use permissions you no longer have. Removing your store or organization membership ends the corresponding access; joining again does not restore that old connection. A connection lasts for up to 90 days before a new approval is needed. You can keep up to 100 active connections across your account.
