Create a tag
In Store Admin or the Tringify mobile app, open Orders and choose Tags.
Select Create tag.
Enter a name.
Save the tag.
Find tags and create several at once
Search by name and sort by name, order count, or creation date. Choose a page size and select tags on the current page. Bulk add accepts one name per line; a comma stays part of the name. Existing names are skipped; review any rejected names before trying again.
Staff need permission to read orders to view tags. Creating, renaming, assigning, or deleting tags requires permission to manage orders.
Rename or delete tags
Renaming a tag updates its name and regenerated slug everywhere the tag is assigned. You can delete one tag or several selected tags. If orders use them, Tringify shows how many orders they will be removed from and asks you to confirm. If a tag is renamed or deleted before you confirm, start the deletion again to see the current count. Deleted tags disappear at once and are removed from their orders in the background.
