Add a fee
Open Markets, choose a market, open Checkout, and select Fees. Add a recognizable name and an optional customer-facing description, then choose a fixed amount or percentage.
Enter every market currency
A fixed fee needs an amount for every currency assigned to the market. Percentage fees use the same percentage in every currency because the percentage is applied to the resolved merchandise amount.
Choose required or optional
Keep Optional off when every qualifying checkout must pay the fee. Turn it on when the fee represents a service the customer can choose.
Add tax information when needed
Choose a tax class from the same market when the fee is taxable. Add an HSN or SAC code when it is needed for invoicing or tax reporting.
Order the choices
Move fees up or down to control how optional services are presented. Disabled fees remain saved but do not appear or apply at checkout.
