A restock request records that a customer asked to be notified when a product or variant becomes available. Use pending demand to plan purchasing and replenishment, and use status filters to review notified, converted, cancelled, or expired requests.
Customer contact details are protected separately from inventory access. Integrations with inventory access but without customer access receive redacted contacts; integrations with both permissions can receive the contact needed to send the notification.
