Open Settings > Compliance and choose Policies.
Review the privacy and cookie policy status.
If you can manage pages, open each policy, add your content, and publish it.
Return to Compliance to configure the consent banner.
Published policies must contain readable content. A published but empty policy is not ready for the banner. If you do not have access to manage pages, ask an authorized team member to prepare the policies.
While the banner is enabled, both linked policies must stay published with content. Turn the banner off before unpublishing either policy or removing all of its content.
