Product filters let shoppers narrow product listings by price, availability, sale status, vendor, brand, tags, product attributes, or eligible custom data.
Built-in filters are available automatically. You can enable, disable, and reorder them, but their underlying meaning cannot be changed.
Custom filters
A custom filter can use a product attribute or custom data marked both Visible on storefront and Searchable. The selected source determines which products and values appear in the filter.
The Attribute type also determines how its values can appear. Standard Attributes use checkboxes or pills, Swatch Attributes can show their colors, and Image Attributes can show their option images. Select-list custom data uses choices, booleans use a toggle or checkbox, and numeric custom data uses a range.
