About the Store Agreement

What it is, who can accept it, the update banner, and your consent history.

The Store Agreement is the agreement between Tringify and your store — the terms under which the store operates on the platform. It's separate from your own store policies (privacy, returns, and so on) under Settings → Compliance, which are between you and your customers.

Owner-only

Only the store owner can view and accept the agreement — staff members don't see this tab at all, and no permission can grant it. You accept the agreement for a store when you create it.

When the agreement is updated

When Tringify publishes a new version, a bar appears across your dashboard asking you to review and accept it, and it stays until you do. Review opens the full text of the new version; the Accept button enables once you've scrolled through it — reading the agreement is the acknowledgement, there's no checkbox.

Your consent history

The tab records every acceptance for this store: the version, who accepted, when (in your store's timezone, with the UTC time alongside), the IP address it came from, and the context — at signup, at store creation, or a later re-acceptance. Each historical version's full text stays viewable from the history list, so you can always read exactly what was agreed to at the time.
