Shoppers can review products while reviews are on, which means Moderation mode is not Off. By default, signed-in customers can review any product. You can require a purchase, or also allow guests. A review has a one-to-five-star rating and text; shoppers can also add a title and, when photos are allowed, photos.
Publishing and moderation
A new review is published straight away or waits for your approval, depending on your moderation mode. Reviews your content filters refuse are never saved. Only approved reviews appear on your storefront. You can approve a pending review, hide a review so it leaves your storefront but stays in Reviews, reject a review so it is never published, or delete it permanently.
Verified Purchase
Tringify marks a review Verified Purchase when the signed-in customer has an order for the product that counts as a purchase (paid, cash on delivery, or refunded, but not cancelled or a test order), or when the review comes through the review invitation for that order. A guest can use the invitation without creating an account. On imported reviews, the verified flag comes from your file; Tringify does not check it against Tringify orders.
Where reviews appear
Approved reviews appear on product pages and in any review sections or reviews page your storefront theme includes. Store responses show under approved reviews while Allow store responses is on, which it is by default. You can manage reviews in Store Admin or the Tringify app.
Import, export, and deletion
You can import and export reviews on the web. Deleting a product permanently removes its reviews, photo attachments, and helpful votes from your store. Export reviews first if you need to keep a copy.
