Create a blog category when blog posts need a primary topic with its own category page. Each blog category name and slug must be unique in your store.
On the web
- In your store admin, go to Blog > Categories.
- Select Add blog category.
- Enter the blog category name. Leave the slug blank to have it generated from the name, or set your own.
- Optionally add description, SEO, and template details for the category page.
- Save the blog category, then assign it while editing blog posts.
