The media library is where every file in your store lives — product photos, brand logos, storefront images, documents, and more. When you upload a file once, you can reuse it anywhere: assign the same image to a brand, a product, and a storefront section without uploading it three times.
Where files come from
Files reach your library in a few ways: you upload them directly from the media library, you add them while editing a brand, product, or other record, or they are imported from external image URLs during a CSV import. However a file arrives, it becomes a single, reusable item in your library.
What you can store
The library holds images, documents, and video. Each file keeps its original name, and Tringify generates a preview thumbnail for images and video so the library is easy to browse.
