Invite a staff member by email, choosing their role, permissions, and app access up front. You can invite several people at once — invites are validated as a batch and the results show exactly which rows succeeded.
What the invitee sees
The invite email leads to an accept page showing the store, role, and permissions being granted. If the recipient already has an account with that email they sign in and accept; otherwise they create one on the spot. Invites are tied to the invited email address.
Pending invites and limits
Pending invites can be revoked individually or in bulk; expired ones can be re-sent. Staff slots are limited by your plan — the page shows used vs available, and invites that would exceed the limit are rejected up front.
