Create a brand when products should show a customer-facing label on your storefront. Each brand name and slug must be unique in your store.
On the web
In your store admin, go to Products > Brands.
Select Add brand.
Enter the brand name as it should appear on your storefront. Leave the slug blank to have it generated from the name, or set your own.
Optionally add description, SEO, image, and template details for the brand page.
Save the brand, then assign it while editing products or by product import.
On mobile
Open the Tringify app and go to Brands.
Tap the add button.
Enter the brand name as it should appear on your storefront. The slug is generated from the name unless you set your own.
Optionally add description, SEO, image, and template details for the brand page.
Save the brand.
You can edit the name, description, and SEO details without access to Storefronts or Languages. Template choices need access to Storefronts, and choosing an image needs access to Media. Saving other details keeps the existing template and image.
Limits
A store can have up to 100,000 brands. Names and slugs can be up to 100 characters, descriptions up to 5,000, SEO titles up to 70, and SEO descriptions up to 160. Names are unique regardless of capitalization, so Acme and ACME count as the same brand.
