Add a filter
Open Catalog > Filters in Store Admin, or Filters in the Tringify app.
Choose Add filter.
Choose an attribute or eligible metafield. Search the source list if needed.
Enter the label shoppers will see. Review the display style and, for choice filters, Allow multiple selections.
Choose whether the filter is enabled, then save it.
A source can be used by one filter. Sources already used are omitted from the picker. Choosing a metafield also requires access to that definition.
Edit a filter
Open the filter's row actions and choose Edit. Change its label, enabled state, and supported display choices, then save. The source stays the same; to use another source, remove the custom filter and add a new one.
If the source becomes unavailable or you lose access to it, you can still turn off or remove the filter. Restore the source's eligibility and access before enabling it again.
Arrange the storefront order
Choose Edit order, drag the filters into position, and save. You can also use Move up or Move down in a row's actions while viewing the unfiltered list in storefront order. Searching or sorting the settings list does not change the storefront order.
If someone changes the filters while you are editing, your save is stopped. Reopen the list and review the current values before saving again.
Disable or remove
Turn a filter off to hide it while keeping its settings. Delete a custom filter to remove it. Built-in filters can be disabled but cannot be deleted. Remove filters that use a metafield before deleting that metafield definition.
Limits and access
A store can have up to 50 filters, including built-in and disabled filters. Labels can contain up to 100 characters. Product view access is needed to open Filters; product edit access is needed to make changes.
