Search by the last four code characters, recipient name, or recipient email. Filter by status or by manual and order issuance.
Status changes
Disable an active card to pause redemption, activate a disabled card to restore it, or cancel a card to revoke it permanently. Every status change requires a reason and is recorded in the store audit log.
Expiry
Cards with an expiry become expired automatically when the time is reached and can no longer be redeemed. Expiry and cancellation events are available to webhook subscribers.
