Storefront cache

How cached storefront pages refresh, and when to clear the cache of all your storefronts.

Tringify keeps a copy of your storefront pages close to your shoppers, so pages load fast. When you change your store, the pages that change refresh automatically. You don't need to clear the cache after a change.

Clear the cache
  1. Open Online Store › Status.

  2. Choose Storefront cache.

  3. Select Clear cache.

Clearing the cache affects every storefront of your store, not only the one you opened. Every page is created again on its next visit.

Once every 12 hours

You can clear the cache once every 12 hours per store. The limit is shared by all staff: after anyone clears it, nobody can clear it again for 12 hours. Until then, Clear cache is unavailable, and Store Admin and the mobile app show when you can clear it again.

When to use it

Use Clear cache only when a page still shows outdated content after you changed your store and waited a few minutes. For everyday changes to products, prices, pages or themes, you don't need it.

Changing the storefront status or password does not need Clear cache either. See Configure your Online Store.
