When a theme leaves the Theme Store

Understand what unlisting means for your installed theme, purchase and updates.

If a theme is unlisted, new buyers can no longer start a purchase from the Theme Store. Your installed copy is not removed, and an active licence remains yours for the store that purchased it.

Your theme and updates

You can continue using your installed theme. Eligible updates can still be made available by its developer, including when the theme is no longer publicly listed. Unlisting does not automatically refund a purchase or end existing support commitments. It does not guarantee that new versions will be released indefinitely.

If you were already paying

A payment session started before unlisting keeps its original price and expiry. Completing that payment successfully still gives you the purchased theme licence. An expired session cannot be extended to start a new purchase of an unlisted theme. If money was deducted but the purchase is not confirmed, check your theme purchase status and contact Tringify support before paying again.

Availability notices

Store owners receive an availability notice when a theme they own, have installed or are purchasing is unlisted or restored, according to their notification preferences. Restoring a listing makes it available to new buyers again; it does not change your existing copy. A separate support or security notice will explain any action you need to take.
